The Achilles Heel of Portfolio Management
The conventional wizard is exactly that. It's bad technique and you solve it through improving your processes, improving your rules, following them. What happens though is that never completely solves them. People make the same kind of mistakes over and over. This I can tell you, everyone that I've worked with, and this is part of being human, but also part of portfolio management training. Everyone has an Achilles heel. You're trying to set aside when in fact you need to make overt conscious, analyze it as a motivator.
