Leadership Books - Where Do You Find It?

If you're good, people will find you. If you think that all the race stuff is done, you're not reading and learning about racism. I refuse to be around people who haven't leaned in to learn nothing. When you're a learner, you can learn from anybody. Don't hire people that don't have that spirit. It's pride, ego, attitude. It's all insecurity as confidence. Real confidence is security. That will preach right there.
