Is Heartbreak a Death?

I'm interested thinking about all this in terms of the difference between heartbreak and grief, like the death of someone. In some ways, there seems to be parallels. And i think that's why these questions of shame and loss and come into play. I mean, is heartbreak essentially a death, and was our body process et similarly? Yes, great questions.
