Facts and Stories Activate Our Brains

When people would share just facts and figures, there were couple of regions of the brain that would light up. However, when somebody told the story, what they saw was other regions of thebrain would light up because the audience would experience what the story teller is sharing with them. And so we're less likely to pick on details of a story as we would not straight away if we heard it as fact. We can form a very different kind of connection with our audience when we're telling a story than the fegissuring facts and figures. There's an elevated levels ofa quartusal and oxitosum which is cond of our stress formo while listening to a story.
