China's Not Going to Help Us

China's top diplomat Wang Yi was in Moscow yesterday, where he met with the Secretary of Russia Security Council. Richard Quest: China is struggling a little bit here as it tries to walk this line. He says Xi Jinping has cast his lot with Vladimir Putin and cannot afford for Putin to lose. Quest: I would say the Chinese look at us and they go, there's a competition going on between Republicans and Democrats who can be harder and tougher on China.
