The Best Policing Techniques
CNN's John Sutter and Tom Foreman conducted an index to find out which departments have the best policing techniques. The technique that most stood out in terms of lowering negative police citizen interactions was just eating rope. A tiny minority of cops, it's like one point two percent, rack up the actual majority of the sitations and complaints. Those departments that really do the best job of preventing that kind of encounter take officers off the street quickly.
