The Benefits of Dynamic Re-Teaming
There is a theory that teams take a wild form. Once they're together and they know how to work together, there's some magic that happens. As soon as you remove or add a member, we lose some of that magic. A redgate software company does dynamic re-teaming once per year. They make it an annual event where people can choose voluntarily to work on another team. And their statistics say about one third of the people decide to work somewhere else.
