The Natajack Toad

iam a big, big lover of amphibians and reptiles. And i have never found a natajack toad reference in any mediaeval or early modern text. Not through lack of trying, i assure you, because i've tried very hard to find that toad but it's just no one pays attention to it. So we have different, different types of people having different relationships with animals,. which i think is funand would there have been a still fairly large tracts of land where wild animals could exist under the radar? not necessarily, because they were never seen, but be no one really cared about themh so i am a big,big lover of amphibian and reptile
