I'm in Trouble, Is There a Bubble in the Market?

Alan Greenspan's famous irrational exuberance speech in 96 still had four more years of market upside before a pretty fast and furious collapse there too. What's amazing is how long it takes from the recognition of, hey, this is a lot of junk till the rest of the world figures it out. It literally takes years. But when everybody has that aha moment and says, we're in trouble, then the collapse comes quite fast.
