The characters within that just sort of have to accept that and take it on a kind of faith that there, that their actions still matter. I think that's something that's been present in some other noland film too, like interstellar. Hat tis tried to argue for ert, there isn't just the science, but we also have our instinct and our intuition. And in that case, it was love, which is also this tangible force that we can trust to sort of guide us into specific directions.
