Neuromuscular Blockade - The Difference in Pharyngeal Muscles

There's a lot of confusion out there with the idea of onset versus the sensitivity to the drug. Diaphragm, laryngeal muscles will actually have a faster onset than other muscle groups. But in terms of their resistance to neuromuscular blockade, they actually have a higher resistance. If your adductor policies is blocked, your diaphragm and lateral muscles are definitely blocked.
