Design Thinking in a Large, Abolided Company?

If you want to get this going, and you have a tiny group of people who want to do some design thinking yet, the only answer is that you have to have some initial success. Even if it's on a small project, to because i really believe the stuff works. I mean, systematically works. So find some project, even if it's planning the holiday party for the for the company,. or my best advice, whatever project you're on, wi do what we call double delivering.
