Bob Greene: Maricopa County has more than half of all the folks in Arizona. The job of the Board of Supervisors on another face is to certify the election results. He says Ward and his fellow supervisors came under huge pressure from the president on down not to certify the actual results, which said Joe Biden won. Greene: How did they push through that? And did they work together on that? Did they have sort of a band of brothers and sisters?
