Is This Really Going to Help the Democrats?

No one has a good idea of how much this is actually going to help the democrats. It might well hurt them. The people that r most abid for this are a kind of very politically engaged voters who have put a lot of pressure on the administration successfully. They're already solidly in the democratic camp, and they are already turning out at higher rates.
