Is the Western Response Stronger Than the US?

Gidin says western response to Russia has been stronger and more effective than i imagined it would be. The one sanction that will have really shocked himr at least the people around him, is the freezing of central bank assets. Gidin: We're now down to an expression of moral outrage.
