I tried for years to have Mark Douglas on this show. He was so particular in the sense that he didn't want to come out before he was ready. And it was never going to be anything more than an expensive diversion. I had such respect for him because it meant so much to him to get it right. If he were alive today, we wouldn't agree on everything.
