The Second Amendment in the State of Wisconsin
Rittenhouse and arbury cases are two different sets of facts. Rittenhouse case had a very broad self defence standard in the state of wisconsin. Arbury case was contingent on citizen's arrest claim, which fell apart when it was exposed that they didn't tell anyone they were making a citizen's arrest. I'll leave it up to the legislators in w Wisconsin to change the law for the future.
