How to Get Focused in With ADD or ADHD

I have a 20 hour recording of just the audio of the Death Star ambient noise. It's more rumbly and bassy than than brown noise. What defines what color we give the noise? Like it's like somebody just decided it was this brown noise. I don't know how that works. Is there an audio spectrum that lines up with light? That could be it.
