There's a massive difference between 13 and 19, which are the range that you can have in high school. To any other time in life, like 23 to 29 is no big deal. In grade 10, my friend's brother was dating a girl we knew in grade nine. If you're in high school, you can date a person in highSchool. It doesn't matter what year they're in, you're both in high School. You've never heard of the Matt Flynn law? I have. What a wild cat.
