If I was to ask you to choose a best and worst decision of the Second World War, where would you go from there? Well, I think right at the very beginning against the odds when it looked like Britain would be defeated if she didn't enter into the negotiations. And with hindsight, obviously that's a very critical and important decision. So I think that decision was actually in many ways strategically the best one,. Although at the time the decision when it was taken was only one taken on the hope and a prayer that America would at some stage join in the war and help out.
