There is this fight right now over section two, 30 of the communications decency act. A lot of, in particular, republicans, have filed legislation to a make changes to it. Although some democrats seem to be of a similar mind when it comes to altering that piece of law. The problem with both of those sets of proposals is that they often get into first amendment issues.
