Today we’re diving into one of my ride-or-die tools for calm, clarity, and fertility flow: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) — a.k.a. emotional acupuncture. It looks a little woo, feels a little weird at first… and it works. This is the tool that helped me through anxious seasons, postpartum chaos, and those fun moments when Jack’s melting down and I'm just in crazy overwhelm. Nervous system regulation is the foundation that makes your nutrition, supplements, cycle tracking, and even IVF actually land.
