The Myth of Passing the GCSE Exam

The biggest misconception, as I think I said before, is that it's an exam. Candidates aren't going in and doing a GCSE exam if I know this. That's not the level of competence we're looking for to be a charter surveyor. It's about showing reason, device or actions at level two and having the knowledge based back that up. There's no set percentage of candidates that were told who can pass or set number. It's just if you're competent, you should get your letters. We're all assessors because we have a genuine passion for being a surveyor.
