The Importance of Will Power and Discipline

There's this idea of, and don't get me wrong when I say this, will power and discipline and all that is very important. But some people forget there's like practical things that you just got to do. Get on a budget, set alarms in your phone to check your budget, text your spouse, your credit card, cut up the credit card, cancel the account and remove it. The surgery. Remove it from Amazon. Take it off. And then if I want to buy something, I can just, it's like I have to use my money though. Isn't that weird? That is what scares people.
