In the early 1900s, it was a time when every dude with a few bucks headed over to Africa and shot the living shit out of beautiful animals. In 1909 on Usain Geshu Plateau in Nairobi, his party met up with the hunting party of theater Roosevelt Smithsonian expedition. Ex-President Roosevelt had already been in Africa for five months collecting animal bodies for display at the Smithsonian,. Many of which are still there today.
