I actually think some of the best moments of this film came from his really poor reactions to everything in terms of like any time he had to react it was like slightly delayed or not very guilty. It wasn't anything to do with having to leave the fast life. And then also his daughter gets hit by a truck. He doesn't like run to her and start like checking for vital signs or anything. I mean alright he's gonna be traumatised but you'd at least think that he would try and resuscitate her.
