Cheri discusses the importance of leaders developing other leaders, embracing failure, and the impact of EOS on transforming leadership teams. She also shares her experiences with implementing EOS and provides insights and advice for a successful implementation process.
Cheri is a Certified EOS Implementer and Coach for EOS Worldwide. She is passionate about working with visionaries and their leadership teams to clarify their vision, experience traction, and foster healthier teams. Cheri has conducted over 200 EOS sessions for her clients.
Cheri began her professional career as a teacher, but politics and bureaucracy drove her to make her entrepreneurial leap into commercial real estate. She spent the next 15 years working in and running small and medium-sized entrepreneurial businesses, where she first discovered EOS and Traction in 2014. In 2019, she combined her passion for teaching and business as a full-time EOS Implementer. Cheri is also the creator and founder of the Perfect Planner.
