Svelte and Storyblock

Svelte is being used in Storyblock to manage all of the dynamic data, which will come in from this story block endpoint. So we've got a Svelte client to use with Storyblock uses like the use directive. We're hoping that there's going to be a lot more adoption of it. There are some bits, especially with the Js client for Svelte is rich text rendering that we have outstanding issues on.
