The Endargment of the Western Civilization

With the internet, specifically with these chat forums, we're having the speeded up kind of evolution on a cultural level where these countries are like this. So if that's correct, and I've got the funny feeling it is, then this punctuated equilibrium driven by technology is unanchoring the moorings of the Western civilization. But from a cultural perspective, what we're actually seeing is not the enlightenment, but the endargment. And you then have to add other things to that for it to make sense.
