Is the Arts a Part of Steam?

Stem is all focused on science, technology and engineering. But the a in steam is for arts also. So i'm curious about what you think about this. Had an argument just the other day over whether or not the arts should be considered part of stem. 100 %. Totally, hundreddyes. And i'll tell you why. Because im artificial intelligence, becoming a programmer,. It's not learning how to write that code. It's about addressing a problem. You're coming with a solution to those problems.
