The Scarcity of Justice
The tool is even intended to address the idea of having scarce resources that are going to have to be metered out. It not only sort of naturalizes that state of imposed scarcity, quote unquote, but it then kind of frames the injustices themselves. The book explicitly says they're not concerned about issues of justice.
