Is There Any Kinds of Regulation That the E F F Would Consider?
I generally agree with the idea that we need diversity on line. It would be terrible to have the same community standards across all the intident, not to mention no sentence like obviously roble. The whole premise of international human rights is that there are certain base line standards that are worth respecting and making uniform in certain areas where diversity isn't necessarily beneficial. I do think speech platforms are, generally, even outside the internet, something that is very difficult to regulate because of the free speech concerns on all sides.
