It takes a long time for you to even get to open up the the open world and get to the city. The levelling system is built in such a way that you are going to have to engage with as much of that shid as possible if you actually want to level up. Everybody in this town is infected. It was, it was a kind of town that was or city, and it was kind of cut off from the rest of the world,. They wear these bracelets which tracked their infection level.
