Is There a Meta Problem of Forecasting?

Sally Kohn: It's hard to figure out who's going to be a super forecaster. Some people just have a way of kind of looking out at the world and making sense of the chaos, she says. She asks whether science is becoming less productive over time. Kohn: I don't i think part of thiss is a bit of an optic as well. So we keep investing more in certain areas.
