What Are the Hardest Things to Hand Off?
I often kind of think about it in terms of like 80% is good enough you know if it's 80% of what I would do it's good. A lot of times what you'll often be surprised at is it can be a hundred and twenty percent better than you or a hundred fifty percentbetter than you or five times better than you depending on what task it is that you're having them do. The things that are my what I would consider to be my core competencies are strength of the hardest things to hand off because those are the things that you want to go do your way but you'll never grow a business if if you're the one doing that stuff.
