In order to even get close to the meat, you would have to eat three cups or close to 120 grams of carbohydrates. So you're getting more carbohydrates than you would get from a 12-ounce Coke per cup of quinoa to get those eight valuable grams of protein. The proteins you get from vegetation and not really vegetation, grains, which is barely a vegetation, right? It's not supposed to eat this stuff. That's where the problem is.
