Theologians wrestled with this in the early church, before there was such a thing as roman catholicism. Mbbut: I don't think truth comes from me sitting in my room and believing i'm more intellectual than most people. If it's in agreement with the elders, i bet i've a much better bet on that. The holy spirit has something to do with this. So god's part is gra upon you to understand truth better than me.
