Prigosian's Offers to Ukrainian Military Intelligence

Prigosian has been in touch with Karel Bobdanov the head of Ukraine's military intelligence service offering essentially a deal whereby the Ukrainians pull out of Bach Moot there by certifying the symbolic victory for Wagner. I mean that certainly has a whiff of treason about it doesn't it? Boudonov seemed to be over egging the pudding a little bit and I'm wondering how much of this do you think is a psychological operation being prosecuted perhaps not just from the Ukrainian side but from the Russian side as well.
