Dr. Williams: I don't share the philosophy that many people share today. Being bitter about something doesn't help out at all. The way you get even if you're concerned with getting even is to work hard and accomplish more. People think well there should be some kind of compensation for slavery. And this kind of thing taken into consideration the discrimination and handicaps that blacks have had has been devastating.
