Uganda's parliament has passed a law making it a crime to even identify as LGBTQ. The White House has condemned it as one of the most extreme anti-LGBTQ laws in the world. We spoke to Frank Magisha, one of the few Ugandans living openly as gay. He is concerned that the new law will trigger mass arrests and mob violence towards his community.
