The Future of Webinars

Bethic: What we're doing right now, I think, is going to be the future of webinars. At Nextiva, we tried out a new tool that we really like called Crowdcast,. The only difference is that you can invite people from the audience up one or two at a time to join the screen and interact. There's like an interactive chat that's happening whole time while the webinar is happening. They don't like being sold to. It takes 20 minutes to actually get to the meat and potatoes of a webinar. So the current webinar model does not do any of that. And that's why you're going to see a shift to like this
