The 'Fake Lottery Ticket'
"This is a fake lottery ticket scamp," says CNN's John Sutter. "The only thing fake is the ticket, right? The scam involves convincing people that they have won money and can't collect because of age or other reasons. In this case, alison loman's character can't collect it cause she's not 18,.
