Spencer: Freedom of speech is built on tolerance. It's built on allowing speech that, as justice holmes here in hunited states said, allows thoughts we hate to be voiced. But i think at this point we're having a very, very difficult time making those distinctions. You're about to pass some laws that blend tolerance and disapproval, i think, irreparably.
