Film Review - They're Dominated by Party Machines

It's a movie which portrays the d c political establishment as out of touch, as anti democratic. The main antagonist in the film is really a classic plutocrat. He basically buys politicians by offering them favors. It did kind of seem like one of those films that was mainly going to be abouta how cool washington is and how we should have reverence for everything in it. But it's not that kind of film at all. You know, great cast moves like lightning.
