Kemper Killed His Grandparents When He Was 15 Years Old
At 15 years old, kemper was sent to live with his paternal grandparents. Ad at the same time, he had a girl's head in the trunk of his car. His psychologist declared him to be normal and that he's not a threat to society. And they wrote a letter to the court indicating that his record should be sealed to allow him a normal life.
