Vince Foster's Death Was Officially Ruled as Suicide
Vince Foster was a deputy White House counsel when he's found dead in July of 1993. His death was officially ruled as suicide, but an attorney named McElford Riez disagreed. He alleged that Vince Foster was clearly a victim of murder and authorities. Starr included, had suppressed evidence of a second gunshot wound through Foster's neck.
