What Is the Definition of Social Equity?

I defined social equity as it's defined in the public administration literature, which comes from say, George Fredrickson, Dwight Waldo, etc. Social equity is defined as adjusting shares so that citizens are made equal. That just so happens to be the definition of socialism as well. I've actually gone on stage and said, I mean, like multiple venues, this has never failed one time. You tell me what word I defined. And I say a political, an administered political economy in which shares our adjusted so citizens are madeequal.
