Coaches and Parent Engagement - What Matters?
At' socrepaning, we believe that collaborative relationships with coaches, clubs, parents and players is in the best interest of player development. At this stage, i want a focus on really, the work you do with socra parenting dot com and a parent engagement. There's a lot that goes into that, and probably a lot of feelings and emotions coaches experience when they think about parent engagement. But i'd love if you would just talk about maybe some areas where as coaches we really need to be more intentional in parental en agement, and how we can be more effective with it.
