Is the World More Centralized in Two Thousand and Twenty?

Do you think the world is more centralized in two thousand and 20 or in 19 forty three? It depends on the a vector centralization. In terms of tegibility of our lives, it's certainly more centralized to day. But we also see the people having more legibility rit  is arguably an example of the centralization as well. I mong to move unto another question. Do we have to think of the power holders in society when we're designing these things? Hum elites definitely are going to have a lot of influence in pretty much any system you build. Though at the same time, i think we're building systems that are explicivly trying to empower people
