Greate: You need to have very tight guide lines and understanding about what the people on the other end want. I think another risk that i just kind of put up is when people that come from sales or other departments, oftentimes they might lean into sales mode as opposed to brand or brand mode. And sales mode doesn't work on pod casts. If you do want to use the internal employees and interview them, i think that it can work.
